How does your team work?
Both our UK and India team comprise qualified accountants. The UK team focuses on directly supporting our UK clients, workflow management and UK jurisdictional training support. The India team is focused on doing the work and applies technical expertise, process management and secure technology platforms.
What type of work could you do for me?
Centric FAO’s core business is the outsourcing of SME’s and Accountancy practices, however we also undertake sole trader and consultants accounting. Therefore no client is too small.

How big a firm do I have to be for this to make sense?
The greater the level of transactional procedures you have in your accounts function, the greater the benefits that you will receive.
Centric FAO are positive that whatever element of your accounts function / or the entire accounts function that you want to globally source, we will be able to offer an improved service to you, a flexible workforce, quality management information and of course cost savings.
What software do you use?
We have access to all major accounting software including SAGE/SAP and Quickbooks and are able to adapt to all software used by our clients – even bespoke and tailor made systems.
How do we trust you not to approach our clients? (Accountancy Practices)
Centric FAO has been set up as a global sourcing company for finance and accounting operations for SMEs and Accountancy practices within the UK and Europe.
Our management team has many years in this industry and we work to deliver exceptional quality and service to our clients, whether that is a business or an accountancy practice.
Your clients do not need to be aware that we exist, as we will be doing the work for you. You are our client and all such queries would be directed via yourself or your team.
Our standard agreement would cover all your concerns which we would both sign at the offset.
Is it difficult for my people to change the way they work to enable outsourcing in my small firm?
Outsourcing is a step change and a culture shift for all size firms. Outsourcing has to be part of the long term strategy of the business to ensure it is successful.
The actual way of working should not change immensely as Centric FAO are able to mirror the current processes and controls to begin with and then bring through the improvements in a step by step fashion. The transition for your team would be in a controlled manner and communicated effectively so that it would ease the impact on your team.
