Implementation
Any project requiring change needs careful managing. Centric FAO plans any transition so it has minimal impact on existing process. Many of our smaller clients have been migrated over to their new system in a matter of days. Larger businesses or accounting firms may of course take us both a little longer to get the process running like clockwork.
The general transition process consists of the following :
- Map out current processes and measure current service levels – Minimum requirement at this stage is to replicate the current service levels.
- KPIs and process metrics are devised to be reported on daily, weekly and monthly
- Ensure Centric FAO professionals are fully trained and equipped to take over the processes and deliver the service requirements
- Drive out any inefficiencies and deliver process improvements to ensure smooth running of services
Data Transfer process
This is able to be undertaken in a number of ways :
- The quality control centre UK can be designated the clients accounting centre with all correspondence being generated and received there. The correspondence would then be packaged and sent to Mumbai (to drive further savings), or managed onshore.
- The data is able to be sent to Mumbai in various forms :
- Scanned images on a secured server can be accessed remotely. This can be direct from client or on shore quality control centre
- Secure server based solution which involves the uploading of documents which encrypts the documents before sending them
