Centric FAO views quality as key to successful and happy clients.

In order to deliver the required services, at the right quality and “right first time”, Centric FAO has built into its business model significant checks throughout the end to end process.

Training and keeping our employees up to date with all legislation is a core element to all of our employees’ roles. We ensure that all our employees maintain the minimum requirements for CPD by providing the necessary courses. The management team in the UK also invest a good proportion of their time in India ensuring the Centric FAO standard of quality is maintained across the company.

The structure within Mumbai is such that Supervisors look after the professionals and will be accountable for a number of clients depending on their size.

Each professional will have KPIs to meet and also will be reviewed and assessed to ensure that they are delivering to the clients’ requirements. Feedback is encouraged from the UK quality and control centre as well as the client and the supervisors.

Each service / process is signed off at a manager / supervisor level in Mumbai before being sent back to the quality and control centre in the UK.

This is again checked and verified before being sent to the client.
